About Austine
Austine Edim is an executive coach, business strategist, management consultant, financial analyst and entrepreneur. A fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and a holder of the international Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, Austine is the founder and managing partner of APNET Consult Limited (ACL).
He has close to a decade consulting experience and proven capacity building expertise in the areas of executive leadership, organizational leadership, business strategy, business planning, business development, strategic policy development, financial analysis and entrepreneurial leadership. A very active consulting career spanning close to a decade, Austine has handled consulting projects and engagements for small and medium size enterprises, for middle level companies and some government institutions on behalf of his clients.
Austine is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC), an international Certified Management Consultant (CMC) recognized in 46 countries [including the US and United Kingdom] under the umbrella of International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), a member of the Nigerian Congress of Professionals (CoP). He is also a recipient of a number of short certifications in several management and personal development seminars and courses.
Jude Akpah

About Jude
Jude Akpah is a chartered accountant and certified public accountant with more than seven (7) years’ experience in private and public sector accounting and financial reporting. He worked in the Banking sector for over five years before quitting to co-found a private chartered accounting facilitation centre, Galaxy Professional Tutors, which has been accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Jude is a seminal professional, a passionate teacher, and an instructor with proven expertise in especially Budget Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Sector Accounting, International Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and organizational Audit and Evaluation. He is a regular instructor and workshop leader for both private and public sector clients.
Jude is a Managing Partner, the Vice President Accounting and Finance at APNET Consult Limited.

About Makandik
Barrister Makandik is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He has over ten years experience in private legal practice with robust experience in commercial law, corporate, internal business law, and property and family Law.
Hailey is a passionate business growth coach, corporate development lawyer and consultant and an experienced legal adviser to startups in Africa. He is an accredited solicitor of the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). He interfaces with the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Federal Ministry of Trades and Investment, Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development, Bureau for Public Procurement, National Social Insurance Trust Fund, Industrial Training Fund, among others, to provide efficient legal and regulatory advice for businesses and nonprofits.
Makandik is also experienced in Property acquisition transactions, Corporate registration and compliance, litigation, mediation and intellectual property (trademark, copyright, patent and design) protection.
Makandik is a Partner Legal, Corporate Law and Regulatory Advisory with APNET Consult Limited. He’s an indefatigable member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Oyebisi Olawade Solomon

Oyebisi Solomon is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a chartered accountant and accredited auditor of more than six years’ experience in both the public and private sector. He worked as Senior Manager with Yinka & Co., a Nigerian Audit firm with specialty in Company Tax Audit, General Company Audit, Investigation and Financial Reporting.
He has served a number of both private and public sector entities preparing financial statements and annual/quarterly audit report with branches in and out of Nigeria. He is proficient trainer in effective budgeting, audit writing and financial reporting.
Nicholas Clement Ekanem

About Nicholas
Nicholas Ekanem is an information science expert, strategist and management consultant of over 10 years’ experience. He is Senior Partner on Information Management and Marketing at APNET Consult Limited. Nicholas has worked in information science departments in the public sector for close to a decade before joining ACL.
Nicholas is a procurement appraisal and analysis expert. He holds a BSc. in Information and Library science, in Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Nasarawa State University, specializing in Management Information Systems.
A fellow of Chartered Institute of Loans and Risks Management and Nigerian Institute of Management Professionals (NIM), Nicholas has strong expertise in risks management analysis and strategic operations management. He holds further fellowships as member, Nigerian Chartered Institute of Operational Management, Chartered Institute of Treasury Management and Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria.
Mololuwa Arowosola

About Mololuwa
Mololuwa Arowosola is a Certified Data scientist, graphics designer, brand analyst, creative brand instructor and content marketing expert. He is an associate consultant and head of branding and Content Marketing at APNET Consult Limited. He supervises and handles all clients online and offline branding, image marketing and graphics/content development projects.
Mololuwa is a graduate of petroleum engineering from the prestigious University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. He is member of the Council of Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and an International student member of UK SHE Organization.
Mololuwa is a gifted professional in corporate and organizational brand development, with a strong knack for business psychology, brand communication and creativity. He has strong creativity, analytical, leadership and communications skills; an important
manager of clients resources and expectations to help them achieve on their goals. His experience span over five years in multiple projects ranging from creative designs, graphics designs, consultancy, branding and digital marketing. Mololuwa is also an interning to become an expert in data analysis and machine learning.
